While Indians have lived in Myanmar for many centuries, most of the ancestors of the current community emigrated to Burma after the start of British rule in the mid-19th century where they have become a fixture of the traditional society.
This tour explores the origins of Indian migration to Myanmar and includes curated visits to Hindu temples, Indiatown’s vibrant culture and architecture, as well as select community buildings which embody past and present Indian influences on their dynamic community.

Please be advised that guests who cancel their reservation prior to 7 days before the tour date will receive a 100% refund, cancellations between 3-7 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations less than 3 days before the tour date will receive no refund.
